Yeah I’ve been looking into and observing significant weather modification locally up in Toronto for 5+ years now. It’s getting both more frequent and more blatantly obvious. being on the Great Lakes which are basically energy sources it’s a critical area to manipulate.
Imho their #1 tool is lifting moisture/atmosphere to make aggressive changes to rotation and direction as well as “depowering” low pressure. The upper atmosphere is regularly viewed with unnatural massive amounts of water displaying as cirrus cloud “rivers”.
The #2 manipulation is setting a secondary cloud carpet in the upper atmosphere above the natural cloud. This stifles and stops convection basically neutralizing the natural weather as the upper atmosphere controls the lower atmos.
For hurricanes and major weather events they rough in the required moisture/ elements at scale and broadly and then finesse to the desired result. Helene was the result of two weeks of priming the Caribbean and Central America with massive amounts of moisture by creating a huge blocking pattern across central US horizontally.
For hurricane Helene I observed and documented two major key things:
1 - there was a low above Toronto where they knocked a whole in the trough or “tail” of the system to create rotation and move it eastward. With more artificial lifting and manipulation step two of this was to detach the trough from the low and create high pressure above it.
2 - they connected the hurricane perfectly onto the trough creating a huge source of energy ahead of it that fed and sustained it. This created all the severe flooding and inland devastating weather. And with high pressure created in step 1 strengthening above it Helene had nowhere to go and essentially compressed against the high pressure wall stalling out for days instead of weakening and rapidly exiting north.
This stuff is being done consistently and without any let up. Clearly AI - advanced / artificial intelligence- runs the weather and it’s done with a system so complex and ata scale that is hard to fathom. The atmosphere isn’t that complex of a science so it makes sense - you just need to control temperature and moisture. It’s just heightened in summer with the importance of hurricanes to push a false climate change tyrannical agenda.
Awareness is growing. The liars and professionals in the system that choose ignorance and turn a blind eye when it’s clear to see what’s being done are the worst.

I’m in west coast central Florida. Yesterday morning I took photos of the clouds. They look like yours. No question they were either microwaved and/or hit by frequencies. I’m a serious sailor. I watch the weather and clouds. There’s not even a name for these clouds.

I have noted that in our area, there are flood warnings for specific counties (via Noaa). Oddly enough, they are red counties. wierd
