I just wanted to add, before buying any equipment, make sure it is D.O.D. certified so it will meet all military standards for EMF, Radiation, Radio Active Decay etc. All equipment the D.O.D. buys must meet D.O.D. standards for this be it electronics, vehicles or anything else it can not be effected by any of it, or they can not use it. Try to get military surplus items from online sites like eBay etc. you have to look and wait, but you will find them. Government auction sites should be a good place to look too.
