So I give my cats a raw meat diet to avoid the processed shit....and now I must be concerned that there ingesting this. Place meat, fish, or poultry in a casserole (avoiding using aluminum pans). Cover with 3% H2O2. Place loosely covered in refrigerator for 1/2 hours. Rinse and cook.

1) 3% H202 alone; what does spraying or soaking the meat with H202 do?
2) Combination; Add an equal amount of white distilled vinegar to the 3% H202.
