I have been saying for a couple of years now that they have definitely combined certain strains of fungus & bacteria with the bio tech to ensure its survival & integration within the body of everything that lives.

I wonder if this mold is found in a desert. Maybe it requires water to thrive. If so a desiccant might work. Did you notice if removing the fungus from its environment outdoors and putting it on a slide stopped it from growing? The black stuff made me think of that movie, Venom. Is this a synthetic biology made of graphene and...? What is it's purpose? To steal, kill and destroy life, all life. ?? I live in Hawaii and we have always had mold, but this stuff now is impenetrable. Used to be, vinegar, bleach, hypochlorus, hydrogen peroxide any of these were our go to...now it looks like it's gone but the stain remains, and it just starts growing again, and spreads faster.

I poured HOCL 100PPM - 150PPM - 200PPM and Also straight PAA didn't touch it at all, next day it was worse.
Try a product called www.banixx.com it is a solution of 2% Hydronium. Kindly let me know if it works.
