When we needed a new washer, we intentionally did not get a high tech one. We got the lowest grade model, old fashioned, with no bells and whistles. Unfortunately, it still shows up on our Accoustimeter, once per minute spiking a reading. I think all new appliances will have something.
Most appliances today have telecommunication devices to send reports to smart meters. I disable them, it is sometimes a lot of work. Getting the 4G router out of my HVAC Unit was a job to say the least.

Unbelievable that there would be a 4G router in your hvac! But believable, sadly.
