I have had a very similar sensation to that which you describe - but only in my left ear. In my right ear, I hear ultrasound 24/7. The ultrasound is permeating our air space because all wireless devices emit ultrasound. The medical liars say it is tinnitus but it is not. It is ultrasonic hearing, which is very common and anyone can look this up. Some people can also hear microwaves, which sound like a hissing or sometimes a knocking. Hearing this stuff, and feeling it, is like torture.
I hate the creatures that are doing this to us. I am so ready to have them gone from my reality.
